Lake does have limited public boating access, please follow all precautions & bring in only a drained & cleaned boat that has dried for at least 5 days. The Izaac Walton League of America maintains the lake & protects nature preserve & wildlife in the area. There is a private beach area for use by members. The annual fee for membership is reasonable which allows beach access. Residential homes are around much of the lake.
