Home of Aqua Action diving, the Secret Harbor beach resort, a fine dining experience and a great beach bar, this is one of the best places to watch the sunset. There is also amazing snorkeling right from the beach.

Red Hook features at least a dozen places to grab a quick bite or enjoy a full sit down dining experience. Some of our favorites include The Island Time Pub (amazing craft pizza); Raw (island style sushi with sushi happy hour from 5-6); Tap-n-still (burgers, fries, beer); Señor Pizza (home of the VI Winter Olympic team - but most important... they deliver!), St Thomas Saki House (sushi, Thai, Chinese and Japanese); Pesce (Italian - they make their own pasta), and the brand new Hook’d (seafood).

A global destination for Mega Yachts, the rest of us can enjoy some upscale shopping and some excellent restaurants. Not to miss is Blue Eleven, a price fix culinary experience of Caribbean flavors with a modern twist; Enkai, superior sushi and Japanese delights; And several other newer restaurants that we haven’t yet had the opportunity to try.

If you love coffee, or want to learn more about coffee and try some new and unique roasts, a visit to VI Coffee Roasters in Havensight is a must. They have recently reduced the cafe to a self-service bar to make room for a new roaster, but you can find all of their blends and coffees for sale, along with some great merchandise. If you get a chance talk with Ramsey, Cathy, or Brian about the differences in the roasts, and what makes « fresh roasted » special.

Spend the day on St John. For the Ferry schedule search the internet for “vinow virgin islands ferry schedule”. Take the people ferry and walk around Cruz Bay for shopping and restaurants, take a taxi or rent a car there and visit one of the many world class beaches, hike some memorable trails or do a historic tour. There is a car ferry if you want to bring your own vehicle as well.
