Kind of like the "Shenanigans" of hip bars. Huge indoor and outdoor areas with a lot of various seating and lounging options. Food trucks on site and a good burger joint attached. Great place to get some food and a drink before a Rockets, Astros or Dynamo game.

Montrose is what I'd call a neo-historic district in Houston. Home to a large LGBT population from the 70's up to the present, the neighborhood has evolved to host some of the city's best restaurants, cafes, bars, galleries, shops....and everything else really. Too many to list. Cruise down Westheimer between Bagby and Shepherd and check it out when you have an afternoon/evening without plans.
