This hike is amazing. Ocean views from the cliffs, absolutely stunning. You can do an ocean dip at the beginning of the hike in the bay. About 40 minutes one way. Need good shoes (runners would be fine), exposed so bring a hat if doing it in summer. Check out the local restaurants if you are heading up that way. Mexican and Japanese have amazing reviews.

Neighbourhoods
Roberts Creek is special. Hard to describe but it's a place where folks are relaxed, happy and living the good life. Lots of talent - be it gardeners, musicians or potters. Locals make time to take in the beach, the forest and meet up for coffee at the Gumboot cafe and volunteer in the community. Local gardens, musical events - Slow Sundays during the summer for live music. Creek Daze - in August an annual parade and festival is a fabulous event.
You will be greeted with a smile and the beach accesses are plentiful.
