Views at Antelope Island are amazing. Bison roam the island freely and you will certainly have sightings. Great hiking trails and tons to see. Finally, walk out the the great salt lake where salt content is 10x the ocean and float.

Snowbird is not just great in the winter, but its also amazing in the summer. Wildflower season is July and August. Take the gondola up the mountain and go for a stroll. It can be steep at rocky at times but we brought our 3yo and didn't have any issues so its safe, as long as you are careful. Absolutely beautiful views though, even better than Park City mountain and worth the 45 minute drive (which is very scenic)

The Alpine Coaster and slide are a must. We went on a Friday and the line took about 30 minutes but was well worth the wait. Height requirement is 36 inches I believe (pls double check) but our 3yo was able to go and LOVED it so much she was brought to tears when the ride was over.

Really cool lesser known spot in Midway Utah. They even offer paddleboard yoga in the mornings!

Great food and ambiance. It is a little outside downtown (ie long walk or short drive from downtown park city), but the seafood is wonderful. They have sand out back so also nice for the kids.
