Newly opened their Constantine location. Nice setting with a large outdoor seating area.
Would be an ideal spot to stop after a walk in Constantine woods.

As a local I still go here regularly, the garden is forever changing with the seasons. I love slowly strolling down to the beach (which is amazing for swimming on a hot day).
There is also a great play area for children - with a fun small zip line!
The food at the cafe is always good, and the beach hut is perfect for an ice cream or coffee to refuel before walking through the rest of the garden.
You can easily spend the whole day at Trebah exploring.
I often walk from the house which takes me about forty five minutes to an hour and a half - depending on how long I stop and take in the scenery. If you would like me to leave directions for the walk to the Helford area message me and I can explain in better detail.
