Spring , summer and fall the area celebrates “First Friday Art Crawl”. The first Friday of each month Guthrie Green hosts free concerts, art exhibits, street vendors as well as multiple places to eat , dance, have a drink or just people watch.

One of Tulsa’s most beautiful museum sitting in one of our most beautiful old neighborhoods. Streets are filled with wonderful old homes, all built with oil money during Tulsa’s reign as Oil Capitol. Woodward park sits on the corner of 21st and Peoria with the Rose Gardens and Philbrook close by.
