It is a nelwy build pre-historic museum with a phenomenal architecture as well as cool exhibitions. When was the last time you went to a museum that was built in to a hill and where you can walk on the roof to get a spectacular view of fileds, forrest and bay?

You can walk on the roof. It's Aarhus' "creative place" with a lot of workshops and creative people.

The Old Town is a fantastic museum with live actors showing you how life was lived within the last 150 years in a typical danish city.
The site is beautiful and inspiring.

Next to Aaboulevarden this is the cool place to hang out (at least in my opinion). Different types of bars and a bit more relaxed than Aaboulevarden.

Wanna see how Aarhus looked a thousand years ago? Next to the Dome this little museum hides in the cellar next to the Nordea Bank. Why? Because this was a part of the original excavation when the bank was build.
The Museum (part of Moesgaard Museum) was modernized a few years back and is telling the story about Aarhus interactively and very well.
Entrance is free.
