This is a great little island escape. Not as crowded as the bigger beaches in the area, Berrys Beach has some really cool rock pools to be explored at LOW TIDE. Very easy to lost in the magic of undisturbed pools. Good little surf spot.

Locally known as 'SPEW HILL', this fantastic strip of dunes is a challenge for even the fittest of fit. Used as a training area for local sports teams, it can also be a great spot for those adrenaline junkies. All you need is a strong set of legs, a boogie board and nerves of steel.

On your left as you make your way onto the island is this perfectly peaceful stretch of beach. Locals and visitors alike love it as a surf spot and a relaxed beach walk. (some stairs)

A little less hectic than Cowes, is the beautiful seaside town of Rhyll. Famous fish and chips, or just coffee by the water. Fishing off the pier is always fun, or hire yourself a boat from the boat shop.

Awesome outdoor seating during a stunning summers day. Great selection of beers and wines as well as food and games for the kids. Bring a picnic blanket and relax as the day goes by.

If you like your pies, then make sure you don't miss this local gem. On the island side of the bridge it is a must stop for us every time we are on our way to Cowes.
