Rise Up Coffee is one of the vendors in here. It is a nice place to sit and eat and watch. I don't think you have to buy from the vendors there to sit there and eat.

Wonderful bakery in Eastport. Croissants are the real thing. Everything is excellent! They might still have limited (weekend) hours .

Getting around Annapolis
Parking in Annapolis can be difficult, especially since the garage off Main Street is under construction. There are shuttles from the Navy Stadium parking lot, and there are shuttles from parking garages, and there is the Annapolis Go app. The app is a ride share program. It costs $2 a ride in the city, and only between 3-9.
