Dart Rail Area Rapid Transit & Uber/Lyft

Property is very close to the dart station. Many streets in Richardson have dedicated bike lanes and there are no shortage of Uber/Lyft. We have a decent walkability score, however the Dallas Metroplex is spread out with lots of suburbs to visit and renting a car is recommended.
