A 10 minute walk to Stokes Croft, this Sri Lankan and Tamil restaurant does amazing dishes and brilliant cocktails. Overwhelmingly, this is our favourite place to take visiting friends... some of whom have called it their favourite restaurant ever!

The first Pieminster location in the UK, this restaurant does delicious pies and mash for a simple and relatively cheap meal out. Another favourite of ours! 10 mins walk.

An alternative Jamaican pub, where the band Massive Attack started out. It is now owned and run by one of the founders of a stage at Glastonbury. This is great for a chilled out summers day, where you can sit in their covered beer garden. The Jerk chicken and patties are bbq'd outside and taste great.
