Hire a buggy and play for up to 18 holes! While you play you will have lovely views of Lake Oberon and might even see some native wildlife- there are often kangaroos jumping around the course and kookaburras laughing in the trees

If you are a keen 4wder or bush walker head to Lithgow and visit the 2nd largest canyon in the world (second only to the grand canyon USA), the glow worm tunnel, the ruins of glen Davis, the lost city, and much more in one of their many national parks.

In winter don't forget to bring a jacket and plenty of warm clothes as our mornings can reach temperatures of -6C! If you're lucky you might see some snow while you're here!

The Saturday Farmers Market is a must
On the first Saturday of every month (excluding January) Oberon has a farmers market from 9 am - 1 pm at the Oberon Showground.
There are also markets in Tarana on the 4th Sunday of every month from 9 am - 1 pm (excluding December, and the Rockley markets are on every 2nd Sunday of each month 9 am -1 pm.
