Neighborhoods
A 5-minute drive from the listing, Sylvan Park is my favorite place to be. Brimming with locally-owned restaurants, bars, shops, and bikeable trails, there's so much to do in one area. My favorite attraction is McCabe Park where you can enjoy a 3-mi bike / walking / jogging trail surrounding a beautiful public golf course. Take 10-steps away from McCabe and you'll hit popular eateries Edley's, Pancho & Lefty's, Cafe Nonna's, Lola, and others. Once you're done with Sylvan Park, The Nations, Charlotte, and West End neighborhoods are just a hop away (about .5 miles to be exact).

Home to coffee, restaurants, breweries, shops, and much more, the Nation's is the place to spend a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon. My recommendation: have your mind blown at Smokin' Oasis BBQ, followed by a trip across the street to famous Jeni's Ice Cream.

Home to the Hill Center (Whole Foods, Anthropologie, White's Mercantile, Lululemon, etc.) and the Green Hills Mall (Aritizia, Zara, Apple, etc.), Green Hills is the perfect place to spend a Saturday afternoon shopping with many dining and drinking options in close proximity to follow.

A hop from downtown, the Gulch is the modern, new approach to Nashville-city eating, drinking, and shopping. Home to beautiful rooftop bars and walkable streets, there's a lot to love from visiting. Also, a great place to run into a local celebrity or two!
