4335 N Hwy 191Beautiful scenery!! Also look at doing the Dino tracks hike. My kids easily do this hike a couple times a year. Dino tracks are right next to the lake, bring a swim suit and or lunch if you want to hang out a bit before heading back.

About an hr and a half drive but beautiful scenery the entire way there/back. They offer a tour at the dam, Google for more information on times/days open. There is also a couple close restaurants, “The Snag” at a nearby marina. They have a smaller menu. Or if you’re looking for more meat and orators check out “Red Canyon Lodge.”

New location 29 S Vernal Ave. Just off of Main Street. Another family favorite, many options from steak to a little bit of seafood and pasta! Large alcohol/beer menu. Is our favorite breakfast spot in town. A couple of our favorites are the captain crunch French toast and omelettes!
