You cannot make reservations ahead but you can kill time in the adjacent Saloon drinking killer cocktails or walking around town until they can take you. Unfortunatly children under 21 are not allowed.

Outstanding Chef John Platt of Seattle's famed St Clouds Restaurant recently relocated Midway Utah to open Midway Mercantile in a historic renovated building. What a gem!!! Great place - worth the short trip down the highway from Park City.

If you have a car and plan to park at the base of the slopes, make sure to make parking reservations well in advance (at least a week)
