Small shops selling jewelry, clothes and local ceramics line the narrow cobbled streets. Outdoor cafes and family taverns stay open until late and the Cine Paris summer cinema screens classic movies. Nearby, the whitewashed houses in the Anafiotika district give an atmosphere of a Greek island.
