Firefly Cafe has delicious breakfasts. Perfect spot after a swim at the Camps Bay Tidal Pool! My favourite on the menu: ‘Running Hella Late’ (beetroot hummus & avocado). If you like decadent, flavoured coffee they have this too!

Located on one of the original Hout Bay farms, the Quentin at Oakhurst restaurant and cellar follows in the footsteps of generations of family food farming and cooking traditions. Located in the upper regions of the valley, juxtaposed by two rivers, sourced on rich flood plain soils, and dwarfed by the Skoorsteenspoort escarpment, this farm sustained and nurtured the valley’s residents with a bounty of meats, fowls, dairy, wine and vegetables for over a hundred years.

It is home to an amazing 8 200 plant species – of which around 80% are fynbos. A sunset up there is like no other.

This beautiful bakery is my favourite for croissants, sourdough, spelt & honey loaves, pinwheels and other amazing baked goods! Well worth the drive from Camps Bay to Hout Bay! They make a lovely coffee alternative coffee too - the mesquite cappuccino is delicious. (This spot is in Hout Bay)
