A small franchise out of Portland Oregon - this spot has the best Apple Pancake, Dutch Baby and thick cut bacon! Let me know you're going and I just might have to join in! Don't forget to order some fresh squeezed OJ - they sell it by the liter!

Loads of fun spots to check out! Catch a ball game at Coors field, Pepsi Center and be sure to visit Union Station for a drink or dinner. There's a really romantic spot upstairs at Union Station for cocktails. You might need a reservation though.

If you have a bike (or can rent one) - you can hop on this trail north or south and ride for hours! Be sure to bring a snack and water to stay hydrated. My personal favorite is to get out early - hit the farmers market in Cherry Creek and head downtown to watch Kayakers downtown in front of REI. Can't miss em!
