ICE-CREAM! I love the chocolate & almonds flavour! Also they make a decent Banana Split and shakes with seasonal fruits! We love our fruit shakes!!

Lovely restaurants and café gallery, I usually walk there! it is only 15 minutes walk and you find so many excellent restaurants!

You will find lots of Chinese restaurants in San Jose, the cheap and everyday type: WHere you can eat nuddles (chop-suey) or Arroz cantones (fried Cantonese rice) but Tin Jo is really an institution!

Believe it or not it is the first mall in Central America! It is not great but 2 minutes by foot from us! Good for supermarket, pharmacy, stationary, McDonalds, KFC & Pizza Hut if feeling nostalgic!
