Puerto Calero is a stunning marina, with restaurants, cafe's, bars and designer shops. There are boat trips available from there which are great fun. Try the Catlanza or the submarine ideal family day out.

The town of Teguise used to be the capital of Lanzarote before it changed to Arrecife. The ancient castle and historic buildings date back to the 15th and 16th century. There is a weekly Sunday market in the town, attracting many visitors.

This was the former property of Omar Sherif, who engaged Cesar Mandrique to design and build, then lost it in a game of bridge! Great food in the restaurant with a unique cocktail bar carved out of the rocks! Well worth a visit to take in the unique architecture.

The result of the last volcanic eruption. Offering a unique lava landscape and a restaurant next to the disused volcano. Camel rides are offered at the foot of the volcano as well as a tour bus ride around the outer rim of the disused volcano. Worth a trip there.
