We have a rich food scene within walking distance. We will highlight some well known places here and special diet locations.
This is a quaint, well stocked co-op for all people. They are a vegetarian friendly location with bulk foods, fresh gluten free pastries, veg, and specialty foods for dairy free, vegan, gluten-free, etc diets. They are not the cheapest but excellent for nearby basics and strive for an LGBTQI and BIPOC safe environment.

This is Indian quick bites or larger plates. They are legit spicy, so careful when asking for anything that is listed as HOT. Mango lassi is authentic and you can also purchase some Indian grocery items.

Hand down, the best New York style pizza by the slice in Portland (former New Yorker approved). Not gluten-free, but they do often have vegan options. The grandma style pie is the local favorite.
