In Trypiti Village, one of the most important archeological findings of Milos can be found. The famous catacombs. They were used as Christian cemeteries during Roman times. The catacombs are three in total and they are found underground.

Ancient Roman Theatre - Milos
On a rocky slope, near the famous catacombs stands the ancient theater of Milos that Romans built during the Hellenistic period. The ancient theater of Milos used to organize theater festivals. Nowadays, the island's inhabitants continue to organize many cultural events in this area.
The Castle was built in the 13th century on the hill of Prophitis Ilias, on the northwest edge of the island (today’s Plaka).
Visitors can admire a view of incomparable beauty of the entire island bay and of the magic sunset that is worth enjoying when you decide to climb all the way to the top. Also, ascending to the Castle, visitors will have the chance to see the church of The Assumption of the Virgin Mary or Panaghia Skiniotissa and the church of Panaghia Thalassitra.

It is the most photographed spot of the island.Long horizontal rocks bent over the sea; those rocks are eroded by time and salt water, and have small and huge hollows all over them.The entire landscape formed by the volcanic rocks doesn't show any signs of vegetation and is coloured entirely in a bright white, which makes an interesting contrast with the deep blue and turquoise of the surrounding waters. This amazing scenery gives one the impression of standing on the surface of the moon.

This beach is one of the most beautiful beaches of Milos and surely the most particular one. It is located along the coastal road east of Adamas, north-east of Milos. The museum is not an exact representation of a certain type of a Melian household, but starting from the heterogeneous objects, the aspects of life of the inhabitants in that time period are presented: their dealings inside and outside the house, their influences from other regions, their nutritional and dress preferences, their ways of entertainment, the organizing of space and time and the exploitation of the local resources.
