Being so close to the apartment, it would be a shame to miss out on Gaudi's architecture and enjoy the fantastic views of the city. Visit anytime up until sunset, it isn't very well lit after dark.

Wide open pedestrianised areas surround the Arc de Triumph and there is often a large craft market to enjoy under the Barcelona sun.

A spectacular example of Gaudi's architecture. Whilst it is still being constructed, going inside is a worthy visit but try to book online to avoid the long queues.

A great spot to spen an afternoon in the sun, looking around the castle and enjoying the amazing views of Barcelona. You can even get the cable car from Barceloneta beach.

This is a great place to take in the grand buildings, the view from the old bull ring and the olympic park, hosting the stadium, swimming pool etc. that were used for the Barcelona olympics.

Dust off your walking boots and take your camera! You can access these unique mountain formations by train from place espanya followed by a cable car or funicular. Walking routes from 1 to 6 hours.
