There is a huge range of restaurants and bars in Brixton and around the market area, but this one of our favourites. Awesome pizzas!

This is a gorgeous Ethiopian restaurant, with delicious traditional food that you eat with sour pancakes rolled in your hands. Does excellent vegetarian and meat dishes, with some spice. We love it!

If you come on a hot summer day, this outdoor (unheated) swimming pool set in the lovely Brockwell park is perfect. The Lido Cafe is also a great family friendly space for breakfast and lunch.

Brixton village is just 10 minutes walk from us, and a great place to wander around to get a feel for the area. We recommend Honest Burgers for dinner, or ice-cream at LAB G. Remember to take cash.
