Coogee Beach is a great place to start the Costal Walk to Bondi Beach and also a beatuiful place to swim. You can get there by bus or walk (25mins - downhill there, up back, via Coogee Bay Rd)

Gordons Bay is a fantastic bay for swimming, snorkelling and diving. Access from either Clovelly Beach carpark or over the headland from Coogee. This is an unpatrolled natural beach without amenities

If you like your waters a little calmer then Clovelly Beach is for you. It is child friendly & easy to get to via 339 bus. You will pass it on the Coastal Walk between Coogee & Bondi Beach

Centennial Park is a fantastic park in the middle of Sydney CBD. There are many activities you can do here, go for a walk/run/picnic or just enjoy the wildlife.

I love walking the famous coastal walk. I've found its easier to start at the Bondi end & walk towards Coogee.
Its easier the closer you get to Coogee/Maroubra to catch a bus back up to Randwick and home.

Along Coogee Bay Road you'll find many great cafes/restaurants & eateries, a great fruit shop, Woolworths and the Coogee Bay Hotel. Many of my favourite places to eat are here.
