The High Line is an elevated freight rail line transformed into a public park on Manhattan’s West Side. There are several cafes, chairs, benches, tables, (even a fountain or two) along the way. The views are absolutely beautiful (I love walking at sunset). There are several places to rest along the way, and many places to disembark and shop so you go at your own pace.

The views are absolutely beautiful (I love walking at sunset). There are several places to rest along the way, and many places to disembark and shop so you go at your own pace.

Grant and his wife). All these historical sights are free to see! In the area for lunch or dinner? Try out Taqueria y Fonda La Mexicana for its massive burritos, a cheap meal for 2 people to share.
