This is a great place to go, for a hike, for a day on the lake, and you can eat at the lodge, too. We like taking a boat across the lake and then hiking from there.

We love cross-country skiing from Galena Lodge. In addition to a lot of wonderful trails (for snowshoeing and hiking, too), hanging out by the fireplace at the lodge is a favorite post-ski activity. We also love the home-style cooking at the lodge. If you're around for one of their special dinners, don't miss it!

We also love the home-style cooking at the lodge. If you're around for one of their special dinners, don't miss it!
Our favorite natural hot springs is way out Warm Springs Road west of Ketchum. Called Frenchman’s Bend, the water is a piping 110° and we think more fun than a resort hot tub. It's on the west side of the road--look for the designated parking area.

This is our favorite grocery store, with a great selection of wines, cheeses, fresh fish and meat, and a lot of really tempting gourmet treats of all kinds.

This place is the swankest gym/spa around. It's just around the corner from our place AND they offer day and week passes for visitors.

You can get week passes to the Y and choose to swim, work out, lift weights, or even take yoga classes. It is so close to our place in Ketchum, that we can even make it to the Sunrise Yoga class most days!
