Go fancy at the Aspen Institute! Plato's sits on the edge of the Castle Creek gorge, and with its amazing views plus wonderful food, makes for a lovely dining experience without the Aspen mayhem.

My FAVOURITE eatery for casual lunch & dinner. Meat & Cheese opened fall 2014, with an array of locally sourced meats and cheeses, and super affordable menu items. Try the juicy roasted half chicken!

Travel to europe and select from dozens of sweet and savory crepes. I love this place for the ambience, especially at night. Try the "Schokoladepalatschinke" for dessert..and have fun saying the name!
