I want to recommend is Särestöniemi Museum (and galleria) at Kaukonen village (20 km from Kallo). Reidar Särestöniemi was famous artist and his atelje and home is amazing place and his art is stunning. He was also interesting person, real legend. The museum and galleria is open from Tuesday to Saturday 12-18.

Ylläs fell is the biggest and highest ski resort. In addition to skiing You can do also many other things in Ylläs area. For example snow shoes walking, biking and hiking.
