Start at the top, entering the park through Suntrails Waterfall Canopy Tours and hike on a clearly marked path to the three waterfalls on the Montezuma river. You'll see wildlife, be able to swim in the pools, and enjoy the nature of Costa Rica. Just be sure to wear sturdy shoes and bring some water for the hike.
