Take the SkyRail from Smithfield, about 40 minutes drive south of Port Douglas to Kuranda. SEveral stops along the journey for morning tea plus guided tours of the tropical rainforest. Have a relaxing lunch visiting shops & markets. Experience the train journey on the historic 1930's train carriages, powered by a modern locomotive as it slowly winds down the range with excellent photo opportunities.
