You can walk for miles! Start at Barnett Demesne and you can walk to the city or go out to Lisburn. Running and cycling also possible (ding your bell!)

The grand house does good food, and then you can stroll around the park and then join the Lagan Towpath to walk towards Belfast or upstream to Lisburn
