There is so much to do at Alice Holt Forest: walk (small children can enjoy the Highway Rat Activity Trail and new Gruffalo sculptures), cycle, separate children's play areas for children of all ages and abilities, Go Ape Tree Top Adventure and Tree Top Junior (min. age 4yrs and min. height 1m) and there is a brand new cafe near the main car park to revive you afterwards (... or beforehand!). We like the Forest best for the miles of lovely walks and different views. Picnicking is no problem either with occasional picnic tables provided within the Forest and also near the cafe.
