Located at 800mts from the house, Port Wine Cellars are the most worthy place to visit. Here you can choose which Port Wine company you like the most and be driven throughout the history of Port Wine, the way man carved the moutains to obtain the most amazing vinyards, considered the first Delimited Region in the World assigned by Marquês de Pombal (portuguese nobel), in 1756. It was only in 1926 that the goverment decide that Vila Nova de Gaia would be the only allowed Bonded Area, where all Port Wine companies where forced to have their lodges if they wished to age their wines.
As you see, there is a whole new world of history to know!
