There's a stately home, there's a nice little beach and you can walk or bike all the way to South Queensferry. You could get lost in this place for days. Great place for days out, picnics, flying kites and playing rounders.

There's a stately home, there's a nice little beach and you can walk or bike all the way to South Queensferry. You could get lost in this place for days. Great place for days out, picnics, flying kites and playing rounders.
If you walked or biked from my place, is kind of a halfway house. This is a great place to grab some lunch, coffee or maybe an ice cream before you head home again. There's a lovely little museum and a fair bit to check out as regards the Roman occupation.
There is a coastal trail for walking or cycling that will take you all the way to Granton.

Cramond Beach
2 Kirk CramondIf you walked or biked from my place, is kind of a halfway house. This is a great place to grab some lunch, coffee or maybe an ice cream before you head home again. There's a lovely little museum and a fair bit to check out as regards the Roman occupation.
There is a coastal trail for walking or cycling that will take you all the way to Granton.

This is a great place for superb art in the fresh air. Beautiful quirky cafe. This place is just awesome all year round.

South Queensferry is a very pretty little village. Great pubs and places to eat. Generally just a nice place for a stroll. You simply must take the cruise out Inchcolm Island. Make sure you take a decent packed lunch and wrap up fairly warm. They can be kind of breezy out there. The history you learn on the way there and back is most informative and you simply must see the Abbey. There's a really cute beach and a great panel that takes you through to some old world 1 and 2 defences.
