Walk or take the tram 27 two stations to Kurfürstenplatz and walk from there.
In sunshine visit Cortidiano at Gärtnerplatz were you can sit outside in the sun and watch the busy neighbourhood of Glockenbach Viertel.
Take the tram 27 to the other direction and get of Sendlinger Tor and walk into the nice area of Glockenbach. It is a 10 min walk from there.
