My favorite restaurants
I have lived in NOLA for over 3yrs now and the following list contains some of my favorite must stop restaurants!
This place is awesome. I personally like the fact that you can bring your own bottle of wine while you enjoy some amazing Middle Eastern food. Their top dish in my opinion is the hummus with lamb. The environment is great and the food is not too pricey.

If you enjoy seafood then this place is definitely for you. Happy hour is from 4-6:30pm and features 50-cent raw oysters, 2 for one mojitos and 3$ draft beer. Chargrilled oysters are a must before you leave don't wonder what could have been just go!

By far one of the restaurants that has the best chargrilled oysters. If you really want the most bang for your buck you can go to group on and purchase a 40$ lunch e-coupon for 26$ good for any day or a 60$ dinner coupon for 31$.

The wings here are amazing ! Ask any local about we dats and you'll instantly have them watering at the mouth. If you really want a deal go on Tuesdays when wings are 75Cents a piece. My go two wings are sweet heat and wuzzam.

My oh my! This place has definitely got the cure for even the sweetest tooth. They have a rotating inventory of sweets that are sure to satisfy your cravings. Check out their Instagram for their daily menu.

Not your typical hot dog stand. Located on Magazine street Dat Dog has become a pillar of the community for a number of reasons. They serve amazing gourmet hotdogs and have a patio that allows local artist to showcase their work. My favorite frank is the bacon werewolf, if you are indecisive don't worry the cooks can make a custom hotdog even the pickiest palate.
