We only tip if we are satisfied and out eating a better lunch or dinner (around 10% is more than enough!). No need to tip everywhere.

City bikes/electric scooters
Oslo city bike is a good way to get around. You can also use Bolt and Voi electric bicycles and scooters. You would have to download their apps and add a payment card.
