Green Lakes is one of NY’s hidden gems. The scenery is fantastic and the lake with all its trails and walking paths will leave you enchanted. The water looks like it was taken from the Caribbean. It’s really something to see if you’ve never been. There’s a beach for swimming, boat rentals, camp and picnic grounds, and a golf course too.

The water looks like it was taken from the Caribbean. It’s really something to see if you’ve never been. There’s a beach for swimming, boat rentals, camp and picnic grounds, and a golf course too.
Zoo
The Wild in Chittenango is an excellent zoo and extremely popular. It’s a little smaller than the zoo in Syracuse but has a lot of different animals. Great place for the family or for a fun date.

The newest casino in the area, situated in Bridgeport. It’s run by the Turning Stone Resort and is a nice spot with some good restaurants.

Local winery
Owera is a lovely vineyard in Cazenovia. Close to the Empire Brew Farm and to downtown Caz. It’s got nice views, a good atmosphere, excellent wine, and the food is pretty good too.
