The indoor/outdoor walking museum is a collection of fully decorated real houses from the 1920s to 1970 along with railroad car, vintage newspaper office, chapel and of course gift shop. Take the drive into Boulder City afterwards for Fox BBQ.

Love this place! On a hot day it is cool inside. Free entry. It is a garden & landscaping store with the added bonus of a few roaming cats, live macaws, a giant tortoise, a small turtle pond assorted small wonders. If you want to get off the strip, have a car and want to venture into a neighborhood. This might work for you and it is free.
