No frills seafood place line up and order at the counter then sit and a short wait later your seafood will be delivered to your table. Fresh and quick but sometimes there are lines as the inside is very small. Worth the wait and try it at lunch to avoid long dinner lines. One of my personal favorites.

Great place to watch the sunset and or dine on the tidal creek. Great early bird specials and very popular only open for dinner.

One stop shopping and very close to my condo. Over 90,000 sq ft of shopping. Kroger branded products are at great prices. Full seafood, deli, Starbucks etc. Stock up!

I usually go here for a burrito but I hear the coffee is good too. Located at the Wexford shopping center and popular with locals yearround.

Great movie theater close to my condo. Recliners are so relaxing be sure not to fall asleep while watching a movie. Great for all ages pick a movie.

Savannah is only about 40 minutes away from my condo by car and well worth a day trip. History, shopping, southern charm, things for kids, rooftop bars, family friendly restaurants, high end chef driven restaurants and all this makes for a great day trip.

the town of Beaufort pronounced Bew fort is about 30 minutes away from my condo. Historical town on a tidal river with historic homes just like Charleston. Easily walkable and good shopping and restaurants downtown.

Downtown Bluffton is about 15 minutes away from my condo. Walk under the live oaks in the small downtown see the historic church, homes and unique shops.

See the famous Sea Pines Lighthouse and walk around the shops . They do charge a gate fee to enter Sea Pines. But a climb on the little lighthouse is a must for first time visitors.
