Just 3 miles away we have our own little neighborhood pub, right next to the Pedernales Falls Park entrance. David and Tatyana have created a wonderful, small, family oriented pub that provides beer and wine as well as chili, hotdogs, pulled pork sandwiches, home made pickled eggs when the chickens are laying and some groceries, snacks and supplies. They are a family with children and it's a family friendly place. Live music is often heard here.

"During this trip we saw the poverty and need for jobs to strengthen the economy. After much searching, discussion, we decided that a chocolate company using ethically sourced beans was a great way to support the local economies. DSCC starts with ethically sourced raw cacao beans. Our mission is to provide you with the best chocolate possible while helping improve the lives of the farmers and communities that grow the cacao."
Now that's not only great chocolate but you can feel good about eating it too!
