Putsbourgh beach is a stunningly beautiful unspoiled beach. It does have one small cafe and toilets in the car park but otherwise, it is natural. At one end it borders Baggy Point and at the other Woolacombe bay.

The little village of Croyde boasts a beautiful beach with great surf. It is a very pretty village with a vibrant thatched pub "The Thatch" which serves meals and great cream teas. It also has ice cream shops and other places to eat and hosts the Ocean Fest music festival every year.

Woolacombe is a beautiful sandy beach very family-friendly with ice cream stalls, craft shops, and fish and chips in the town bordering it. The Red Barn is a favorite of ours, it serves food all day inside and out and has a great relaxed surfy vibe.
