There is so much to see and do in Beacon! Take a bike ride on the Hudson River front, see the Dia Beacon Art Museum, experience delicious food and unique culture, hike the famous breakneck ridge, walk across the Newburgh Beacon Bridge, enjoy a picnic at Scenic Hudson's Long Dock Park and much more! And if you want to venture out some more, you can hop on a train ride from the Beacon Train Station and get to New York City in just a little over an hour. The bus and train are the best ways to get around.
Hop on the Beacon Bus loop. Its free and the pick up spot is only a few steps away from the apartment. Go on to DutchessNY.gov/PublicTransit or call (845) 473-8424 for the schedule. Also, The Beacon Train station is just a 5 minute drive!
