A 10-15 minute drive from our house, tons of hiking trails and beautiful places to stop for a picnic. A popular hike with the most bang for your buck is Mt. Willard, a 1.5 mile climb with an east facing view at the top that overlooks the whole notch.

An easy-moderate 50ish minute hike to an expansive summit with beautiful views of the presidential range. We love to hike this for sunrise or sunset and bring a picnic :)
