Plan for an hour or two here and consider adding Ruby Falls to the itinerary while you're up on Lookout Mountain! Nice walkable area on the North Shore with tons of shops and restaurants, bike and paddleboard rentals, and walk over the pedestrian bridges to downtown.

In the middle of Southside entertainment district. A good jumping off point to explore this area for the evening. Have a drink in an old rail-car, ice skate in the winter, catch a comedy show or dancing lesson or try out one of the great dining options nearby.
