THE BEST PASTIES IN DEVON! I cannot be in Brixham without having a Steak and Stilton (also my partner always raves about the pork and apple!) BUT go quick, they are busy in summer and when they are sold out for the day they will close. Local tip: Locals will eat these for their breakfast, so try and go before 1pm!

Absolute must for breakfast/brunch. Their Cinnamon French toast and many egg dishes are a firm favourite. The vibe is cool and quirky and the staff are super friendly!

Any coastal/Beach walks in Brixham or the local Devon Area
Beautiful scenic walks with several different paths. Take a longer walk from The Cottage or drive up and park in the Berry Head carpark within the National Reserve (they take card so don't worry about taking coins!) Perfect for a sunset picnic or just a long walk with breathtaking views of the bay, on a good day see right across the bay!

Our favourite spot in Dartmouth. An old fashion good Devon pub with a lovely roof terrace. Very dog friendly and is a favourite with the Naval College locals. You'll have a great view of the sea & the ferry! Have a local beer or cider!

Mitch Tonks Fish Restaurant (they also have a takeaway kiosk towards the lower ferry!). Lovely little spot for some local seafood. Crab, lobster, fresh grilled fish or just your good old Fish and Chips! TIP: if you do plan to go to Dartmouth, do book in advance in the summer season. Also pre-order your lobster.

Might be a hotel but the bar here is a local favourite! Dog friendly and a lovely hideaway if you get stuck in the rain. a good selection of local beer and ale. A great atmosphere and i'll bet you, you can't just stay for one!
