This is an absolute must! It’s Peruvian and very authentic. Peruvian food is full of flavor. We suggest either the lomo saltado or pollo saltado (sautéed beef or chicken with rice and fries)... also Amanda’s favorite sauce is the “green” sauce end Rodrigo’s is the “pink” sauce.
