This place is fabulous if you are a foodie like us. The menu is mostly steaks and seafood. Not just any seafood. The Prawns are so delicate taken out of the shells and battered. They are huge and very satisfying, get as a meal like I did and get your second meal as a prime rib so you both can enjoy Surf & Turf. I highly recommend you try the Escargots appetizer they are to die for and affordable. Use your bread to soak up the extra sauce. I will be back. We skipped the alcohol to make it a little more affordable.

The hot spring is Devine, the food is very good and make sure you visit their hydroponics greenhouse where they raise all the vegetables for their restaurant 😀

It's a nice rainy day stop and they have a reindeer zoo. Large selection of gifts and ornaments in their gift 🎁 shop. Comes alive at Christmas 🎄 time with Santa 🎅 of course.

Make sure to visit Denali National Part, North America's highest mountain. Without a reservation to drive your car the best way is to take a chartered flight from Fairbanks. One reviewer wrote"This was an adventure of a lifetime! Our family of 4 (two teens ages 15 and 16) was lucky enough to have a private flight all around Denali, along the glacier rivers and even flying right up next to the shear cliffs! Even though we were 1/4 mile away from them, they seemed so close you could touch them! Then, our glacier landing was like being on another planet! So incredible, we'd do it again in a heartbeat!"
